Good diet, calisthenics, along with weightlifting and cardio and you'll be good. You just have to figure what your body responds to and what routine you'll actually enjoy day in and day out.

@Bcotton5‌ @Trashboat‌

my best advise is to stop doing leg extension. take it out of your leg workout completely.

- stretch before and during leg workouts

- incorporate hamstring curls into the mix

- incorporate dumbbell step ups into the mix. moderate weight nothing heavy (watch youtube for correct method)

- don't forget the calfs, again moderate weights

ppl tend to do certain exercises and overload the weights because they feel they should be lifting more; DON'T.

Feel free to pm me for any advise. [genuine inquiries]

What do you do to hit the quads then?

I don't think any other exercise really works them like that

@Trashboat‌ sorry for the late reply. the squats hit your quads pretty well. I also do leg press, dumbbell step ups and dumbbell lunges for quads. Check the link below for various different exercises that you can try out. Also @ me if you want a quicker response.

A little pause today.

I've runned 20 km in 3 days. That plus plus the kettlebell... My whole body is aching.

Tomorrow 8 km running the morning.

And kettlebell + 54 Arnold shoulder dumbell press and curls in the afternoon.
