No gym for me(I take Saturdays and Sundays off).

You're not going 5 days straight during the week are you?

Yeah, I do 5 straight days:

Mondays & Thursdays: legs

Tuesdays: back & arms

Wednesdays: chest & shoulders

Fridays: full-upper-body

I doubt i could do this

Mad recovery time is needed round here

Have you ever seen issues with your training frequency?

I've been on this split for a month and there's been no issues. I've always loved training high-volume, but was thinking of the perfect training split.

I use to eat turkey sandwices with lettuce & tomato on wheat bread for breakfast but imma change it a little bit with turkey & egg sandwich with slice oranges for now on.

Also, what ab workouts I can do with dumbbells?

Muscle milk is a pile of garbage you putting into your body. Do your research.

Now, today is chest day. I might get back on my 315 bench shit. Anyone hit 4 plates yet? Also is the stair climber effective when burning fat around the stomach area?

Yes it will help you burn fat in your abdomin area, but i would suggest to do a ab circuit before doing cardio exercises. also remember losing fat requires following the basic rule that you need to expend more calories than you consume, and losing belly fat is no different. It requires an excess expenditure of 3,500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat. However, once you burn the excess calories, where the fat comes off depends primarily on genetics. For example, if you come from a family that tends to accumulate fat in the thighs and abdomen, you will most likely have a more difficult time losing belly fat than someone who comes from a family that tends to be tall and thin.

One of my coworkers eat pork from a break truck everyday. I'm like "fool, you better cut that shit out before it start catching up with you". The break truck be asking me "you don't want anything from my truck?" All this pork & beef on your truck, HELL NAWWWW!!!!! chicken, fish & turkey are my best friends now

I havent started hitting the gym yet. But I do go for a run every other day right now and I cut out red meats. I also only drink water. These last two weeks ive lost 7 pounds.
