It's not just that. As charismatic as Kai is, nh, he will never win the Mr Olympia title because of his homo erotic behavior. The bodybuilding powers that be, want a person like Heath to try to make bodybuilding a commercialized and more respectable sport so they can generate more money. The funny thing is, bodybuilding is not even a sport; it's a beauty pageant.
 
The main issue is not palumboism. From what I heard, Phil was having the same issue this year. It's all politics. Why would you want a scarred, one long dread Black dude with a history of gay for pay activities as the face of bodybuilding?
 
@Wall me mentioning the ab wheel is respect to ppl like you who swear by it. You've given constant positive feedback about it have you not? I gave suggestions that dude can choose from. He doesn't have to do exactly what I'm doing. Ab wheel is a suggestion that you and others have made often.

Also abs are best worked with variety IMO. Deadlift isn't the answer to everything. I like to target different areas by doing different things and I encourage others to do the same. As you said to each his own.

Not only do I target "abs". Hip flexors and obliques can be focused on with different exercises.

I hear you. Niggas take different steps to achieve their desired results. At the end of the day though, the Deadlift sculpts your entire core—your obliques (internal and external), upper and lower rectus abdominus and transverse abdominus, and hip flexors to boot.

I just know from personal experience the better results for me come from doing everything other than "ab exercises."

But fuck the bullshit, let's get these results together yo.

Most people don't realize your body works like a puzzle.. What they means if you was lost weight in a certain area of the body. Another area of the body is going to lose body fat and so on.
 
Man im in decent shape, but i wanna push my body because it has potential. Im 6'1 and weigh about 175-178. Want to get my abs right, and have more defintion in my arms and chest. I only go to the gym to work on chest,shoulder, and arms. Spend 30-45 doing muscle confusion techniques and quick resting.

My MAIN problem is that i eat like shit. I wanna change that, with allowing the weekend to be my cheat days. Do you guys have any good sites or links or advice for good dieting that wont rape my young pockets and taste good? I been checking out fitmencook today and its aite, but im not sure yet.

How yall eating???
 
The fuck? If I gotta take a dump, I'm not waiting until I'm home. Gym bathrooms are the worst though. I had to take a surprise shit after taking my Mr Hyde preworkout supp.
 
Yea.. Be careful with them supplements. Them shits will have you breaking wind. Most vendors don't even you that shit.
