Oooh another snack ive been doing that has been fucking awesome is Celery w/ Almond Butter. fucking delicious.

Or some veggies w/ Ranch or blue cheese.
 
Quest Bars are awesome as well. High Protein, and very low in Net Carbs. I think most bars are only 3 Net Carbs. Lots of good flavors too.
 
A good alternative sweetener for oatmeal is honey, and if it's still too boring for you put some dried cranberries, and coconut flakes in it.

Lol na not for nothing, ive always stated i dont know shit when it comes to the science of it all. Im old school with the training. I just get out and go and hope for the best. So far so good.

pushed my workout back by 20 min b/c he decided he wanted to do some circuit shit and go straight to bench after he was done curling

must've done like 6 sets of each just adding 2.5lb plates here and there

I agree. If you're not putting up respectable weight on the bench, then use the fucking dumbbells. Saw this kid with two 25lb plates on the bar and I'm thinking, what is the fucking point? Just use 40-50lb dumbbells, dickhead.
