But i think that at the begining kettlebells are very safe.

Now that im learning advanced moves like throw and catch ,high windmill and turkish get ups, things start to be a little bit too risky imo...

still its thrilling. And the results in terms of muscular definition are very good.

Sport is about having fun too. Wether it deadlifting or snatching , that shit is painfull. Only dopamine is making us enjoy it do that again.

I can see that in my collegue eyes. He always wants to start kettlebells yet as soon as he sees me snatching he is frozen by the pain ...

eliminating all sodas and energy drinks and junk..

besides that, what are some good supplements I can get in to help shed this few pounds and tone up?

Food and stair master. Supplements are not king of anything, they will only assist you. The other 75% is your diet and what goes into your body. You can buy a stack of supps and they wont do shit for you cause you aren't doing nothing for yourself, just how things work. Hard work and dedication.

if youre just starting out, and arent on some bodybuilding or high intensity type training you really dont need to do anything but fix your diet and throw some workin out in there..
 
Just be in a calorie deficit, that's it @VIBE - You'll lose weight obviously but just put the right foods into your body. The guy who ate twinkies for like a month lost weight because he was in a calorie deficit. People just over eat and are inactive, that's why they are fat.
