So yall were right about the weight thing because I'm back down to where I was when I started working out.

I think the weight gain was caused by inflammation which increased my water weight. :)

Lost 4 pounds in 5 days.

I be going hard at the gym though

Did 6 88 lbs kettlebell push squat presses !!!

I used the opposite hand for a lil bit stabilization help and insurance though.

Hopefully by next wednesday ill be able to do it without fear.

Man, I was wondering what happened to the last thread. smh lol

Yesterday, I had an epic leg workout: squatted 455lbs. for 2 reps(first time in over a year squatting more than 425lbs.)-goal for 2015 is 500lb. squats. And, tied my p.r. with 505lb. deadlifts. Today is back & arms day!

Did u meet ya goal?

Just got on that CLA and back on that Ripped AMP..I aint playing...I wont nothing but str8 muscles and definition/tone come Feb...hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and doing my cardio doing my basketball games...eating nothing but chicken and fish and fresh fruit...I'm pushing myself this time...

How that work out?

The 88 lbs kettlebell progression is on but i have to admit that leaping from 70lbs to 88lbs is a lil bit too adventurous.

Thats why ive ordered the 79 lbs kettlebell inorder to make a WISER AND SAFER TRANSITION towards the 88lbs one.

Ill still do some swings ,squats and floor presses with it though.

Patience is the key.

I've broken up my upper and lower body splits and progressed to targeting specific muscles on given days.

Chest/Arms

Shoulders/Back

Legs/Core/Arms again

Still hitting my pushups and sit-ups throughout with the apps I told y'all about before. Burned away a lot of the skinny pudge I had going on and now the muscles are starting to push there. Pecs are starting to develop nicely and my ab muscles are starting to cut it's way through. Having that hard work finally start to show is a beautiful thing!

Switching up my nutrition also seems to have helped. Cut back on the McPick 2's, Chik-fil-a, etc. and started making a gang of turkey sandwiches, PB&J's and tuna sandwiches to get me through the day. I'll hit up Subway when feeling lazy. Not only is it a lot easier on my pocket but it's also helping me put on the right kind of mass.

End of the fourth week under 1800 daily calories.

Nearly Same weight as before. More chest and shoulder lean muscles. Less fat. More strengh and endurance. More concentration.

455 is still my squat p.r. and 515 is my deadlift p.r. Haven't hit those numbers since early last year due to leg problems, catching pneumonia back in March and chronic diarrhea back in April. Nowadays, I just listen to music body and that determines whether or not I will go heavy.
