Motivation. Good shit my dude. I've been wanting to enter into a powerlifting contest but just haven't had the proper time to train for it. I'll try to make more of an effort going forward.

Squatting has never been my strong point.

Bench would have been better if not for performance anxiety.

Was fearful of reinjuring my shoulder.

I was talking to that nigga @"Lurkristocrat" about squatting lol

Yeah, thats my problem with bench now. Fear of fucking up my already injured shoulders. I can get over 300 on bench but thats right where I keep it. Squatting and deadlifting are my favorites. My deadlift right around 600 now. I'm thinking about taking a few months off to let my body rest, then start fresh again.

Building my chest a different way and hitting the bench way more. 8 sets on the flat and 8 sets on the incline bench, with a touch of dips and "all around the world" incline dumbell flys. I see a slight difference already. I think the machine press for chest is a waste of time so I just omitted it.
