finally back in rhythm and it feels great. about to go hit workout #2 and enjoy these last weeks of summer.

Check my sig or check ORGANICPOWER for high quality protein and fat burner from a black owned Organic nutrtion company

I only use raw protein powder or plant/pea/rice protein

I dont trust too many words ending in -ine to be vital or nutritious

So for my runners.

Jackrabbit.com has a 40% off sale. I bought three pair of running shoes for $100. Mizuno and Asics

If you need ideas on some good shoes go tohttp://www.runnersworld.com/shoeadvisor Type in your specs and it will shoot out some shoes that fit your style.

@"caddo man" , not seeing the sale. Is there a certain section on the site. I'm on mobile so wonder if that's why I'm not seeing it

Starting Monday, I will be getting off at 7 instead of 9, so I will be training after work like I used to. Purposely took this week off from the gym to get ready.

Today did some CALL OFF DUTY BLACKOPS 3: SEATED SHOULDER STRICT PRESS WITH 44LBS KETTLEBELL.

After doing 40 reps for each arms, i realized that i need to focus pn my left arm. As o was chasing weight ive forgotten to not neglect my waekest side. It wont happen again. I wont touch the 88lbs kettlebell before i make sure that i can perform each moves like strict presses SLOW MOTION style.

Time for a humble pie , a big one.

I can't respect a gym if they doesn't open 24 hours. I move unpredictably. Sometimes, I'll just end up & going to the gym at 2:00 in the morning just because.

Yesterday, I went to the YMCA (the YMCA isn't my home gym) because one of my peoples invited me to come. I'm so used to my home gym being 24 hours that we was working out & a staff member said "we are about to close in 10 minutes". I was looking distraught :dissapointed: :dissapointed: because I'm not used to that. Where I'm from you can kill as much as time you want at the gym, no one will say anything because it's 24 hours

Yeah I usually get my workouts in early but sometimes I'll go with some people who go late. I'm from the Bay in CA where the 24Hour Fitness gyms are opened........24 hours....duh.....so it works out.

I go to LA relatively frequently but most of the 24HR Fitness gyms close at around 10pm...wtf.....have to go way out the way to Santa Monica or Lakewood where they are actually opened 24 hours.

I hate rushing sets because the gym is about to close.

Anybody know any good gyms in ATL that are opened 24 hours?

By good gyms I mean more than 1 power rack and several benches. I don't care about swimming pools and saunas, etc.

I may be out there in September. Last time I went I kept buying day passes at the LA Fitness off Peachtree in Buckhead but paying 15 dollars a day get old quick.
