I can't respect a gym if they doesn't open 24 hours. I move unpredictably. Sometimes, I'll just end up & going to the gym at 2:00 in the morning just because.

Yesterday, I went to the YMCA (the YMCA isn't my home gym) because one of my peoples invited me to come. I'm so used to my home gym being 24 hours that we was working out & a staff member said "we are about to close in 10 minutes". I was looking distraught :dissapointed: :dissapointed: because I'm not used to that. Where I'm from you can kill as much as time you want at the gym, no one will say anything because it's 24 hours

Start with the swing. If check on the vids posted here in order to learn the proper form. Or best see a PT. Just be cautious witht the weight. Start with a light one till you do the swing properly.

Its not that they are a no no. Its not MANDATORY AND VITAL. And beware with the prices.

Rather eat 75 dollars of meat ,veggies, and fruits than buying a supposed to be superior protein shake. And if you are not underweighted you can skip it definitly depending on your schedule.

To sum it up WHENEVER you have the choice between eating raw food and taking a shake, eat your natural food.

Ive stopped it for a year and a half now and didnt lost any gains, just that belly fat. And i was byuing MUTANT , Russian, terminator protein. Lol

At our level all we need is CREATINE as a supplement. Think about it if fat burners really worked , would they cost that price? You get enough glutamine throughput your meals sp why byuing extra one? And that goes to all the Beta zeta fashionista kamehameha alanine , arginine etc.... we are getting screwed big. Same goes for test boosters. Its a lie. Viagra works. And how come young niggas thinking about taking stuff to have a decent sex life?

Look around you the overall fitness level of people. How many clean cut @Black_Samson do you see? And they are all byuing religiously that shit.

 
Today did 360 chest reps

100 37 lbs cables

100 115lbs butterflies

60 170lbs pullovers

100 44lbs dumbell presses

And some 60 triceps exercises.

In 1hour and 30 mimutes.

 
Powder Protein is an asset, when you need to get in quick grams of Protein to stop your bodygoing in a catabolic state, that gets in your body quickly. WhenYou get up from your nighttime sleep, pound a shake, after workout pound a shake, yes you should majority of your protein should be from meat, grains, veggies, Food always comes first though

I been mixing in raw honey in mine for them fast acting carbs after a workout, little clumpy but on the money, that and creatine unless it's too late, creatine got me pissin worse than alcohol

No. Im currently trying a best of both world stuff.

Morning 20 minutes 68 lbs kettlebell swings. Then either biceps,triceps or shoulders exercises. Usually i go for a 100 reps.

Afternoon gym for 1h30 hours max of either chest, legs, back. It seems that my number of reps goes as higher as my number of swings.
