The hardest thing for me to do is stay faithful to my rest days. It's hard for me to do tho because I feel unproductive if I don't workout. I need to put some respect on my rest days smdh

This is imo a better way to measure your physical health state. That counting macros and micros is a recent fad aimed to confuse us.

Confusion brings DOLLARS TO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY.

The only thing you have to count for your HEALTH SAKE is your SUGAR INTAKE. Not more than 6 TABLE SPOONS OF SUGAR.

Cause no matter how hard you train if you go over that you wont see results anytime soon.

This mean you have said goodbuye to

SUGARY DRINKS

FAST FOODS AS 35 % TO 100% OF YOUR YEARLY DIET

MUSLY AND CEREALS

DESTROYING THREE TO 5 CANDY BARS PER DAY OR MORE THAN 7 A WEEK

That means that

You have started COOKING

you hit the mall to buy WHOLE FRUITS,VEGGIES,RICE, PASTA, NON SUGARY SAUCES, red meat,fish, OILS,eggs. And from TIME TO TIME AKA ONE TIME A WEEK a LITTLE CAN OF SODA and a bag of chips that will last a WEEK.

If you re not into that lifestyle, dont waist your time into counting macros pr protein intake bruh real talk.

My meal plan is solid, but I think my measurements are off. I need to be more precise in my measurements.

Cardio is on and off.

I know weekends are where I start to fall off.

I've been maintaining for the past 6 weeks. When really I should be down 8lbs in those 6 weeks.

Im squatting with a friend (moved out my apartment in transition to a new place) plus my internship is over so my schedule isnt what is was like before.

It's easier for me to maintain consistency when I have a predictable, well planned schedule to follow.

After holiday I'll go back to the drawing board.

Switched up my gym rotation today. Instead of going to the gym in the evening when I get off of work (when it's packed as all hell) I woke up at like 5:30am and hit the gym beforehand. It allowed me to get my workout in and get out within 45mins-1hour.

Hit upper body hard.

Incline Benchpress 4 sets

Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets

Barbell Bent-Over Row 3 sets

Lat Pulldown 3 sets

Overhead Dumbbell Press 3 sets

Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3 sets

Barbell Biceps Curl 3 sets

Machine Preacher Curl 3 sets

Ez-Bar Tricep Extensions 3 sets

Rope Pressdown 3 sets

And closed it out with some crunches utilizing the 200 sit-ups app.
 
The more my swings number goes up, the more my workout range goes.

Ive never done 100 squats before, 200 rows in the same hours neither.

Now i realize what its WORKING OUT. Lol couldnt barely go downstairs.

You do but not the others. Most of them will buy crap anyway.

Why should they spend their hard earned dollars for something that wont bring you money back? Where is the logic? None of us is competing so any extra dollars for gear GETS NO SENSE.

All we need is to be HEALTHY and FIT.
