I got a job offer today with one of the fastest growing compainies in the US

at my current job, there is ZERO potential for growth. im as far as i can go, but the pay is nice. it'll cap eventually soon and the commute is 45 minutes

this new gig, the commute is like 15

the guy who interviewed me said they review at 3 monts, 6 months and a year.

he said he began the same as me 5 years ago, and has risen through several positions.

so that was kind of cool

or do I keep looking for a new gig. They offered the job and I told them I'll call back in a few hours...

I would take the new one for less pay, be more happy, move up the ranks, get'cha money on the back end..Cut back on some of ya unnecessary expenses and bills until you get the promo..gotta sacrifice sometimes for the reward pimpin

Take the new job and if you can take a 2nd job doing something like retail that's not stressful and you can still make some nice pocket change every couple weeks to help make up for what you're losing out initially
