you obviously dont know anything about football. some guys make the team only b/c they fight everyday. theres always a low round draft pick or an undrafted player in who makes the team every year b/c he fights everyday in training camp. it lets the coaching staff know your not afraid and your willing to do whatever it takes to make the team and ultimately to win. this is football man. that aint golf or tennis. this is, well it used to be a very physical contact sport. even in todays watered down version of the nfl there will always be a spot for a guy who is willing to fight all day everyday. thats the nature of the game. if you dont wanna fight dont play football
