Well it all depends on the situation and the place
If we talking blue-collar jobs, then shit you find a remote place invite the fuck nigga and settle in there, better yet u handle outside as soon as that nigga gets off
Now if its a white collar job, its like this, you know as a man u want to boss up and handle that shit professionally, as in, u want to bash that nigga skull in and let him know he fucked up
but unfortunately you get fired and possibly jailed, and you have to think to yourself is it worth it, cause not only could they fire both of you, but u both out of a job, and both could b jailed and thats on your record
Bullies are bitches at the end of the day, its sad that the shit will continue after high school, but its life, its either you allow the shit to happen or you rise up and say you know what fuck you and the hole u came out off, im the wrong nigga to even be joking with, and you play the game back
but regardless of what you do, you must, u have to address it, fuck all that street code shit, the streets aren't going to take care of you when you stick to the G Code in a corporate setting, and hit billy with that hp laptop keyboard

when it comes to bullying, kids need to be learned to nip that shit in the bud asap, before it gets out of hand
especially nowadays, cause for the most part, the kids you grew up with in elementary, they will be with you up until u graduate high school, then life really begins
so if u getting bullied in elementary, deal with it now, or suffer the consequences
I rememeber i switched middle school in the 8th grade, to one closer to my house and i hated that shit, I was trying to ball the fuck out that 8th grade year, but nah it didnt happened, but looking back im glad it did
cause i realized what a follower i was up until that point that, i just did what the homies did and didnt stand on my two feet, since it was new school, new people, new shit, so I took my anger and was like i dont give a fuck what happens no one is going to bully me
and I developed into the role of a leader
case in point, nigga in high school try to punk me out in the cafeteria, thinking he doing shit, cause he has a couple hairs on chin, a little fuck nigga
man, i was like this nigga did not just try to chin check the adonis, let me tell em, so I slapped the dog shit out of him and punched him dead in shit, in front of everybody, bitch nigga got up and cried
never had another problem from him again
but trying to be top dog comes with problems all the time, niggas will challenge the throne every chance they get, whether u feel up to defending or not, you just got to put your emotions in the back

I think it's a situation where Martin was trying to consider his career because it don't take much to get black balled as a locker room cancer in sports. I don't buy that bullshit that nobody on the coaching staff or in the locker room knew about it and I think that led to Martin probably thinking "If me a 2nd year player still essentially playing week to week fuck up a 2 time pro bowler they're probably going to pick him over me and my career might be fucked." So he made the decision to simply leave and make the shit public. As easy as it is to simply say "Whoop his ass" it ain't always that simple. Martin whoops his ass then what?
