It would be hard to handle a situation like that in a work place. The repercussions of what may happen can really fuck up your career.

If you react in an aggressive manner, ie fighting, then you can be suspended or fired.

If you ignore it, you're weak and they keep doing it.

If you snitch, you're labeled as one and can be beat up.

You can stand up and say enough is enough but still shit can happen to you.

I don't think he was necessarily a bitch but he was more so determining what the best move was for himself and well, he chose to snitch.

What's fucked up is the dude who snitched will be laughed at, made fun of and ridiculed rather than Incognito, who used the n-word toward him and who threatened him.

Nah... not really, Incognito was suspended indefinitely and nobody is going to say shit to dude about it.

But who's career will be hurt more?

Sure, he was suspended for now, but will they take the steps to release him? He's a two-time pro-bowler and Martian is a rookie.
