How much sleep you get a day?

Not nearly enough. I'm a college student so around 4-6.

Over the breaks (and hopefully when I graduate and get a full time job instead of balance homework, jobs, organizations, job interview, etc. ) I get a full 8-9 (which is what you're supposed to get for health reasons) and I can definitely feel the difference. I'm a lot more energized, I'm able to work out harder, and my skin is a lot more clear.

As I type this I'm working on an online final that's due tonight by 11:59, and probably won't be sleeping until at least 1am

5ish once in awhile I might sleep 7 but I end up waking up tired if I do anymore

And no matter what time I go to sleep at night I'll im always wake up by 430 no matter what even my off days but got back to sleep.

About 4/5 hours.

If I went to bed earlier, I'd sleep longer but then I'd just go to bed later the next night.

It's perfect the way it is, as I'm used to it.

And my sleep isn't full, it's broken up due to the little ones.

No wonder this country is filled with people who commit irrational acts. Everyone's either sleep deprived or on drugs.

Depending on how active I was during the day, I get around 7 to 8 hours on the weekdays.

Cosign on the biphasic sleep. I get a solid 4 in the first phase, do things around the house for a bit, then knock out for another 3 on average.

7 hrs , sleep is hella important 11:30pm to 6:30 am everyday except fri & sat.

i hate all you ,"i dont sleep im in the studio allday, i dont get tired niggas"

7 is ideal and my usual

6 will do and happens often

5 I'll survive work but kinda sucks

Anything less than 5 and I'm not a fully functional human being

Usually about 4-5 hours. The past 10 days, I've taken six finals and I have a research project due tomorrow at 4, so I've probably gotten 3.5 of sleep per day the last few days...
