Its not one of the shows where you can watch half paying attention or skipping episodes.

Danny & Viscerys were basically being taken care of by a rich dude that helped Viscerys set up the wedding between Danny & Drogo. Drogo must have given him a pretty penny cause he gave the Dragon eggs to Danny as a wedding gift. The eggs are so rare that Viscerys stealing em could have financed his war against the 7 Kingdoms or Danny could’ve sold em living the rest of her life filthy fucking rich.

This. Drogo being offed so soon is a hard hit to take, but it will all be worth it if Joeffrey catches a royal comeuppance. I swear I don't think I've ever hated a character as much as I do him.

Drogo being murked so early is heeelarious to me

The whole inferior tribal people angle is hilarious to me (because I'm a history geek). Pretty much because the story of civilization is one of inferior tribal ppl being conquered by knowledge or superstition. Once I heard this nigga talking about "mounting the world" and "iron chair" I knew it was the end.

Hence why I was arguing so hard against Dani conquering the 7 kingdoms. Them niggas ain't even have ships lol. Smh @ y'all getting attached to tribe ppl

My fav. storyline has to be the Night's Watch. Can't wait to see what happens with them and John Snow. And it looks like he's gonna be reunited with Arya.

cosign. old dude had me up outta my chair whenhe was giving that speech to john snow. i'm mad they didn't cut back to their fact finding mission at least once. Kinda have the season end in the same way it began

Anybody notice how the Maester (old dude that was fuckin the whore and telling her stories about the kings) was fronting like he was sickly and old but once ol girl left he was all up and at em like he younger than what he seems. Then right before he left he put up that "I'm so sick and old" front right for he left out his door. I wonder what his agenda is? Or if Littlefinger is sending her over there to get info out of him...

Even though Dany brought it on herself for being naive...I still felt bad for her. She lost her husband her baby and most of her people with in days. Shit had to be hard for her to put Drogo out of his misery. No sense in letting him live when he aint really alive but that was one of the saddest scenes to me besides Ned getting killed.

yeah that was funny and unexpected.

I dont know if it implies any sort of specific motive; i just think that it goes to show that everyone around the king is living a life of deception. and he may be better than most at it considering how many kings he has served

I hope they don't go the avatar way. But like the Starks with the wolves, only her emotions will control the wolves.

No, dragons have to be born in fire. They don't hatch unless it's a certain temperature. She's just fireproof and has a telepathic link with them, hence the dragon moniker that her brother was going on about and why she noted he couldn't be the dragon if the boiling gold could kill him.

Notice she sits in a scalding bath to no result earlier on. She also touches the eggs after they sat in the fire, and they burned her attendant but not her.

I'm pretty sure Drogo's people are influenced to some degree by the Huns. The same group that came pretty close to taking down the Roman Empire. So the idea of the 7 kingdoms losing out to a tribal people isn't all that laughable when looking back at history.

yeah a popular theory is that the shit the witch pulled caused the kid to be born a dragon while the souls of Drogo & her son were resurrected in the dragons. In the books one of the dragons are sucking milk from her tit when she steps outta the fire.

I think that was from the spell the witch lady did why the kid looked like that
