@Westie @MsSouthern

I'll give you the filming while she sleep cause that's just plain creepy.

Other than that, I'm not seeing eye to eye. If we married, there is already a certain level of trust, consensuality, etc built up for us to get to the point of marriage in the first place. If you married me, it means I've already earned the pussy.

If I'm horny one night and decide to wake you up with dick strokes, rape should be the furthest thing from your mind.

I'd have the question the mind frame of a woman who wakes up to dick strokes and cries "rape" when it's her husband.

Thoughts?

Show me the law that says a married person cannot be raped and then I'll Agree with you. If she feels like it was rape, he was hiding it and doing something his wife would not approve of, then who am I to argue against that and who are you?

In California it's illegal to cook and eat a frog that dies in a frog eating contest.

In Florida it's illegal for a bar to permit a dwarf tossing contest.

In Alaska it's illegal to be drunk in a bar.

In Maryland it's illegal to sell non-latex condoms from a vending machine.

Just because there's a law on the books, doesn't mean it's not a stupid law.

What's stupid about having a law stating you can't violate someone's body?

You would prolly argue all night long with my wife. She's got that old-school mentality that states that ain't no such a thing as rape in a marriage unless he/she's beating' you. If one of us is asleep or even passed out from a night of drinking or something, and the other wants to fuck, guess what? We fuckin.

Her mother is the same way. She said this once during while we were watching some crime/forensic/murder show that had spousal rape as a main focal point:

"Fuck she cryin rape for??? Shit ain't gonna take more than 5 minutes anyways? Let him get his and go about your business!"

None of that was my business sir. I'm asking what's stupid about the law?

many people in this country hold the same mindset when it comes to spousal rape. I'm one of them as is my wife and her mother. Unless you gettin your ass beat and forcibly made to perform some type of sex act, there really ain't a case for rape between husband and wife. When you took vows, you committed yourself to each other and sex is a part of that. If she wants to jump on top of me while I'm asleep with a case of morning wood, that ain't rape no more than it is for me to wake her up with some dick.

She was SLEEP, HE NEVER WOKE HER UP

TF is wrong with yall???

What is this need to own a person? Take their agency and act as if they should have no free will???

You're telling me you've never once given your man/fuck buddy head while he was asleep so he would wake up and get a fuck session on?

Can we use the same level of violation.

ENTERING someones body is different. Would you like to be awoken with a finger in your ass?

It IS the same level of violation. You put someone's dick in your mouth who had given no indication that this was something they wanted, thus forced that man to penetrate your mouth while he was asleep. Penetration happened, the only thing that's different is who's asleep.

Legally, oral rape ain't no different than pussy/ass penetration. If consent wasn't given, and you did it anyway, the letter of the law says you're a rapist.

If a partner feels that was a violation, they should have the right to seek recourse. I don't feel like oral sex is on the same level as actual intercourse, but that's me. I don't have a right to tell anyone else how they should feel about something that is done to them. If they feel that that is crossing the line then it is.

why do you feel it's okay for you to tell someone else how they should feel?

Is it ok for your wife to stick a finger up your ass while you're sleep though? since you should have no say at all and you are each other's property. If she wants it she should take it right?

"When the battle is lost, talk about sticking something in his ass, maybe your opponent will concede defeat then" - Sun Tzu

I'm serious is it a violation or not? You can't have it both ways either all bets are off when you're sleep and your partner can do whatever they want or There should be some guidelines? Which is it?

no one is taking your womanhood.....fingers in ass is taking manhood.

thats line crossing gay shit...no

its not the same

If a penis entering a vagina has nothing to do with Womanhood, what does?

So you should be able to have a say in what happens to your body? Oh. Interesting. So YOU should be allowed agency. So what should a wife have to be awake for since you're allowed 1 courtesy?

dont act like you dont know the different.

you man entering you...is still an act of man and woman...both straight.

you trying to enter your man....is homo shit.

why would you want to go in ya mans ass?

what you seeking out man bitches?

someone break into the house, you grab the gun an he runs for the closet?

nah.

any other example might fly...that on wont

Homosexuality is the act of 2 of people of the same sex. Anal play between a man and a woman is a heterosexual act.

So.....again, whats crossing the line for a woman?

nah.....if a lady wanna flip around the strap on or dildo an use it on ya man.....they gay shit.

an nothing hetro about it

I don't see this being real cause most men who have a wife or S/O asks them this one question : would you mind if I woke you up to it ?. 99% SAY YES IN A HEARTBEAT so she just wanted out and this was her out.

So no borders? There should be absolutely no type of restrictions right? Good then you wouldn't mind your wife's finger up your ass while you were sleeping. You don't mind being entered so therefore it's okay for a woman to be entered without permission? Right? That's the only way this makes sense.

False equivalency with that finger shit.

Thats not traditional sex.

But anyway one can only imagine this may have been that married couple that been together long enough to hate each others guts n they dont share the room/bed anymore so the wife probly felt repulsed n he probly really rather fuck her asleep than awake bc he hates her ass too.

He also probly rather be locked up...that poster sayin hes probly goin to jail feelin like a free man mighta been the realest post in here.

Im talkin about the sexual act taking place...penis penetrates vagina. Thats the constant here, the variable is which gender is initiating.

Ur dancin around it

no. The point is you are putting something in somewhere without permission while a partner is unconscious.

Y'all reaching like Stretch Armstrong wit that bullshit finger in the ass scenario lmao.... A man waking up his wife with dick in her is the same scenario as the wife waking him up with morning head.. Neither asked for consent and both would otherwise be a normal sex scenario...At the same time, there are some boundaries that have to be respected and rape within marriage is possible.. What Ike did to Tina in that recording booth after that coke party was rape..

Not even getting into the fact that he recorded, they obviously didn't have a relationship where it was permissable to initiate sex while she was sleeping. For some couples it is allowed.

Ive said this more than once in this thread...the idea of established history. All this "well this act is gay and the other one isn't" doesn't have anything to do with anything. Some things are ok with certain couples, other things aren't. Under no circumstances should you be doing shit that wasn't deemed ok by the other person, especially not while they're asleep and (supposedly) have no idea it's happening.
