It's simple; to be classified as a goat in rap/hip hop, you have to write your own rhymes or be special when it comes to producing or crafting beats. The rules don't change. If goats like Jay, Outkast, Nas, etc have evidence brought forth showing they didn't write their own raps, then they lose their status as goat.
