I think it's self explanatory. Blacks should identify with a candidate who best serves our communities interest. Party be damned.

That's one way, but I think some MFs interpret it as not voting at all.
Some people fought hard with those same lines (and said they wasn't voting) during the last election, "neither party..." or "both parties are the same", even quoted Malcolm to that effect.
