Yup! A lot of these lawsuits are tossed or settled for a few dollars to go away! Muggs from Cypress Hill says they've been sued numerous times. Only to find they cleared the sample with who owned the publishing! Which in turn was not the artist! Artist from the 60's & 70's more times then not signed away they publishing!
