Another ghey theme... Yall ain't ghey though...

This more has to do with the limitations, boundaries and moral questions with which we as American citizens must consider when we choose to dislike and discriminate against individuals. Furthermore, I would like to see on what grounds an absolute defender of gay rights can build an argument to show why people should adopt an "everyone must like everyone" attitude.

Lol @ being black and wanting to infringe on other people's life.

I do not see the humor here. Since when are black people incapable of doing so?

Black people infringe on other people's lives all the time. People of all ethnicity do it.

Apathy is one thing. Hate is another.

It takes effort to hate. Hate requires energy.

You dont have to like them... but that doesn't mean you have to hate different people who do you know harm as well.

The problem is that there is alot of xenophobes and other prejudice people who harbor irrational hatred... collectively they can do harm.

I'm assuming you took my post as sarcasm? I just find it funny that a group of people that had zero rights then limited rights not too long ago would try to impose on others.

Apathy implies a lack of emotion though - a refusal to accept or reject these individuals. While apathy is not wrong, it is not really much of a stance.

So long as someone is not doing harm in their disapproval/disgust of homosexuals then what is the problem?

Yeah its bullshit people label youu a bigot if you don't like faggotry.

I just think faggots are a whiny bunch and most media cultures tend to be left leaning so we see a ton of faggotry on TV.

Throwback video about how humans have no compassion even after they were just objectified to subservient treatment a moment ago.

Well.. heres the thing.. People are doing harm (light weight harm yes)...but they just like to think they aren't.

If a white person in human resources comes across Kimtanesha Jone's application for employment... and throws it in the trash immediately without even reading it just because they assume shes black......well....

Those people are called silent bigots ... (a racist bigot in this case.)

If you were truly apathetic you wouldn't give it a second thought.

It's no better or worse than disliking people based on their age, race, sex, ugliness, fatness, intelligence, voice, etc.

Well it is illegal to discriminate on those factors (race, ethnicity, gender and sexual preferences) so individuals doing so in the workplace would be negatively harming those affected.

Discriminating is merely responding to different things differently or distinguishing between things.

So, by definition, to like or dislike someone for any trait or characteristic they possess is a form of discrimination.

But not all discrimination is justified in all instances. Discriminating based on someone's height is not justified when hiring for a position where height is irrelevant.

Bolded pretty much assures that I will waste no time doing so. That time/effort spent promoting hate & divisive idealogies is better spent on more rewarding endeavors.

Not implying that you're a racist Munny....just substituting your words to make a point. I've heard similar statements made about black people...messicans...jews...vegetarians (j/k)...etc. At what point is there a TRUE or JUSTIFIABLE reason for such thinking towards any group based solely on trivial idealogies...perceived stereotypes of the group as a whole....fear...ignorance?
