Discriminating is merely responding to different things differently or distinguishing between things.

So, by definition, to like or dislike someone for any trait or characteristic they possess is a form of discrimination.

But not all discrimination is justified in all instances. Discriminating based on someone's height is not justified when hiring for a position where height is irrelevant.
Why do you keep talking about hiring niggas and illegalities b?

In the title you said "you aren't going out of your way to infringe on their rights/lives"; so clearly I'm not referring to shit that negatively impacts their employment or some shit.

Because refusing to hire black people solely because they are black would be an example of when discrimination is wrong.

I see homosexuality as a state of mind. I dont necrssarly hate the person I just disagree with the lifestyle. For example if I had a homeboy who sold drugs. I might see it as wrong, but I wouldnt bash him for his choice. You never know why a person may do certain things or act a certain way. That person could have expirienced somthing which causes them to be that way. Oh and by the way I guarantee you the majority if not half of the boys Sandusky molested are either gay or bi.

When is discrimination right?

I do not just mean when it is neither wrong nor right, but when is it actually the right thing to do?
