Its normal and expected so long as you're talking to me, or at least gave some sort of nod if we aren't face to face.
Just plain making eye contact and nothing else, though, comes off as you having a problem with me and will trigger feelings of aggression. Some times its a problem, sometimes its just how people operate and its whatever.

I made this thread a while ago...and i stand by the fact that staring someone in the eyes doesnt mean shit.
pleanty of niggas caught a beat down becuz they thought they took someones heart becuz they looked away.
