I still twist the corners of bed covers, pillow sheets, certain type of shorts (mostly polo type), and the helms of jeans (the bulge part at the bottom where the stitching is).

I've been doin this since I was real young. My mama did it, my sis does it (even now I believe), and my niece has been doin it since she was younger. She even had her own lil pillow where she carried around, twisting the corner.

I dunno what it is. In a way, it's relaxing. Kinda helps calm me down. Especially at night when I'm laying in bed. I have this old jumper strap I use to wear back in highschool next to my bed now.
