lol @ lionel richie country album selling more then most rap albums

country fans don't bootleg like rap fans do. they have more respect for the artist

hell every genre outside of rap have respect for the artist. i just think rap fans dont think the music is that good anymore

the singles are good but the albums are trash ... they should name thier albums filler central ;)

I was hoping Krit could get to 100 k....don't see it happening now.

i wonder where he goes after this. he needs to just go indy or he's gonna have to sellout to an extent for something that garners some form of radio play. Maybe link up with a crew. He can't even headline a small tour with those number. dam shame. Hopefully def jam gives him one more shot but I never even heard a 2nd or 3rd single

Nas’ new Def Jam/IDJ album, Life is Good, is his 10th in an impressive career dating back to ‘94’s now iconic Illmatic. It should debut at #1 on next week’s HITS Album sales chart with between 115-125k in sales, according to one-day sales figures provided by those music retailers who are still creating jobs, according to President Obama.

The quintessential N.Y. rapper’s last album, Untitled, debuted in July four years ago with 187k in first-week sales.

see this is the results of dudes putting out wack albums and relying on single to drive thier sales ...... smh .....

I blame cats that were doing this back in the late 90s and early 00s like mad. I knew it would financially catch up to them soon, but not at this extent.

But Nas doing over 100k is good.
