Frankly, I don't care if he gets treatment, he doesn't belong ( ever ) around the vast majority of the non-murdering public for the rest of its life.

This is the exact reason why I feel non-violent drug offenders should be let out of jail so we can reserve extra time and room for cases like this.

life is a bitch, his victim and family experienced that the hard way and get no reprieve from the sentence he dealt out so why should he?
