How it effects the community? Lets take Tyler Perry's Filming studio for ex. He's in a position to create a real "black hollywood" right now. Giving opportunities to the many black film directors,writers, actors etc, which would create new stars and businesses. I'm sure there's a corporation out there right now who would offer him a nice amount for it, but he can make triple that in a few years if he played it right.
