Unfortunately, we aren’t able to refuse your cheap ass service if you come back, but your service is going to suck and we’re going to make sure everyone knows. Do you want to redeem yourself? Leave a good tip and you’ll be back in our good graces.

fuck a damn tip!
and i use to wait tables.
shit waiters and waitresses arent as productive as they were when you were growing up, they are too busy texting or carrying on about there nonexistant social life.
I stay leaving IHOP when i don't get my reciept 5 minutes after putting my napkin on the plate.
matter fact, if you don't come back and refill the drinks at least 2 times im not tipping you.
you don't even bother to check on us? no tip.
if i have to wait 10 mintues for a drink order, no tip.
it's too easy to say, "hey bonnie can you cover my table for me?"

kai_valya;4143163 said:I tip 20% usually. I worked as a waitress all through college so i can empathize. I never had a problem getting good tips when i was working cuz i did my job well. I can count on my hand the few times i got stiffed or shorted. I did find tho that most waiter/waitresses complaining about tips didn't give the best of service. Unless the service is out right horrible i'll still tip 15%. I had some of the worst service recently at Sweetwater Tavern (ever been Kimi?). I mean dude was just not on his game, he never checked on us, our food was late, he took so long gettin my husband a refill that he just went & got it himself, he refused to tip him any more than 10%. Their wings are so good tho it was almost worth it. Next time i'm just getting carryout
hip-hopisalive;4308908 said:honest question though, to anyone that knows, how is it even legal for restaurants to pay waiters/waitresses $2-ish? do they bypass the minimum wage law somehow because of tips?
ItsKatBitches;4142423 said:Since when is 20% the standard for decent service? I thought it was 15%?
I tip 20% but I want my damn kudos for being generous!
