I had a couple of past chicks pop up out of the blue in the past couple of years. One of them was engaged. I looked at her like WTF, and I told her you got a man now, I'm your past, he's your future, move on. She felt guilty for breaking up with me and I guess she was curious as to what was up. Another female popped up, it was kinda cold how she did me, but I did try to give her a fair shot. But she tried to play me for the okey doke once again and I burned that bridge while she was standing on it. This is why I make it a strict policy not to get back involved with ex girlfriends, flings, or whatever. Nine time out of ten they dissed you for what they thought were greener pastures, but it didn't work out and now they feel guilty and think they can worm their way back into your life, especially after you done upped your profile. It's not that I don't want to let go of the past, quite the opposite. I'm trying to let go of the past and you popping up is making it difficult.

Guys can feel me on this one, but the way we feel is, why do you want us back now? You had a good thing going but was too blind and dumb to realize it. You never want something back til it's gone. Even kids do this. You ever see two kids, one is playing with a ball, after a while he gets tired of it and plays with something else. The second kid starts playing with the ball and the first kid pops up and suddenly wants the ball back. Same difference, only now you playing games with others emotions, which is not cool

Word son. One of my exes did that. Its funny to me now. Once upon a time, I thought I was lucky to have her. Now Im doing well and she stuck with a lame, got a kid....still hitting me up every few weeks.

In my life, I think I found only one woman who was down to ride with me for whatever. Distance killed our relationship but, I know she made some other dude happy. Women don't know how much men appreciate that quality. Just make sure its with a dude with a head on his shoulder (read: no thugs).
