Will Michael Dunn (Zimmerman Pt 2) Walk or Be Found Guilty?

So Kerry Sanders on MSNBC just pretty much said the jury couldn't agree on the 1st degree charge because they couldn't agree on whether or not Dunn had the time to premeditate killing Jordan Davis when he shot his gun and they don't know if it was more 1st degree or manslaughter.

Refuse to turn your music down was the only thing he did..maybe even rudely

White people: were not sure if he deserved to be shot or not

In Florida, If a white man tells you do to do something whether it be to turn your music down or tell him where you are going you better do what he says. He can just shoot you and claim self-defense.

So, if Jordan Davis friends wouldn't have been involved in this trial this jury would have attempted to let this racist bigot walk for killing an unarmed teenager? Whatever the final outcome is, Rick Scott's tenure as Governor of Florida needs to end after this year and the next Governor needs to repeal that dumb ass law that completely rewrites the definition of what self-defense means.

Once again, the prosecution over charged and tasked the jury with a job 12 people usually can't complete.

The circumstances of the shooting point to second degree murder.

If you read the law for first degree murder the shooting just doesn't meet the guidelines.

As a 6'8 black male, I wouldn't last a day in Florida... Every cracka I would come across would have a hand on the trigger and could "justifiably" kill me becuz my haunting black presence would cause them to fear for their lives

Damn I thought the second degree murder was on the table though.

If they retry him they could possibly amend the charges and add 2nd degree murder or manslaughter. It's mainly about the elements of it all they present
