the book we call the bible is made of many different letters and there are different compilations of these letters so it's not exactly the truth to say that romans put together the first bible because these letter existed all over the middle east and parts of Africa for centuries before the romans decided to put them all together and call it the bible and we know for a fact that the oldest churches are not found in Greece or rome in fact the ethopian church for example I believe is older than the roman one

For total I believe its 22 or 25 from what I remember, assuming one includes the apostles Jesus picked out after he "rose" from the dead. The subject is debatable because some say these people were more disciples then apostles.

I never deny the atrocities committed by Christian people. However there is a difference between Christian history and the teachings of Christ.

Those atrocities, the evil things Christians have done are in direct opposition to Christ teachings and his behavior.

In Islam however the things muslims do come directly from Muhammad and are patterned after his behavior. He owned sex slaves, he ordered the assassination of people, he told Muslim men they could only have 4 wives when he had 12 thus making him a hypocrite. He gave the ok to lie to kill someone.
