It's really no one's place to speak on..

But that being said, let's just say I was a somewhat popular rapper and I might or might not have working relationship with Wayne I think I would speak on it at least not directly. True he set himself up for failure by not leaving when he had the opportunity but it's still wrong what Baby is doing imo..

how can u say its wrong when a grown man signed the contract? Did anyone speak up when J Prince Puffy Suge Master P and anyone else ran their business and artist got disgruntled? If they aint read Waynes contract he signed and aint no lawyers they really have no right to speak on something they dont know the real about.

I don't really think birdman had Wayne shot at
serious question: what's the reasonable explanation for it aside from "Birdman did it"

note: am willing to accept "people do stupid shit because they are stupid," just curious

Peewee is a crash dummy, if anything he did it cuz he felt thug had real beef, hey if it's proven birdman did set up the hit I'll accept being wrong, I just can't see y, n I'm not talking "family" I mean, Wayne can still make birdman a lot of money, so idk y any of this is happening

Naw as an artist Wayne is worth more to Baby dead than alive right now I hate to say.

Artist-wise Carter 5 is the last payday for Cash Money, which is why Wayne has to make side deals with Tidal, do commercials, etc to get paid.

You have a point about C5 though. Baring having a ghostwriter i think C5 will be the last big selling wayne album while he is alive. I mean you would have thought Birdman would have cashed it a few years back but it's a valid point. But the longer he doesn't drop it the less value C5 has sales and revenue wise while wayne is alive. Obviously (i dont wish this on him) if wayne passed and C5 comes out after his death it would get higher sales.

Because this isn't just a business as usual situation. Wayne lost the only father he'd ever known at a young age and Baby basically step in as a surrogate. This shit is kinda personal too. Baby is probably thinking Wayne is being disloyal when all he wants is his due. There's blame on both sides. I sympathize more with Wayne because he saved CMR.

It's not a contract thing per se. I believe C5 is his last album on the label and Baby is holding out releasing it cos Wayne doesn't want to re-sign hell why would he, he doesn't need CMR. This is just my assumption I'm really not sure what beefing about outside of money, but it's safe to say Wayne wants to take the YM imprint elsewhere and Bubba ain't having that.

I'm far from being a Wayne fan but what's right is right. Lawyers or not it's still no excuse to hold someone back especially when you consider that person your "son"...

..because it's pretty much a family feud. If you fall out with your Mom or Paps you don't expect your friends to step in threatening to hand out fades..
