All you hear about from these new school rappers is how much wayne influenced him. On a pop culture tip many athletes and celebs love Wayne's music and have known Wayne personally for years. But during a time when Birdman Sandusky is black balling him from making money through music where the fuck is his real friends and connects in the game.

Drake and Nikki are in many ways where they are because of Wayne but they both aren't taking hard stances. They say political shit like "Wayne and Birdman are both my brothers i hope they "work it out". You got other rappers like 2 Chaiz who owes part of his playz circle emergence to Wayne and he puts him on a mixtape but doesn't say "fuck birdman". Same with Big Sean who had Wayne on Deep where Wayne advocated for Sean and Big Sean staying quiet.

I feel like if more artists and producers and moguls in rap stood up and shamed birdman it may help Wayne get out the bushes. Shit the radio guys called him out and Birdman did a complete 180 and apoligized to the breakfast club after his tirade. At the end of the day some of these rappers and industry powers have more money in their net worth because of a wayne feature of cause of his influence. They should be doing much more to at least shame Birdman in public.

cuz its none of their business. Ross and Trick Daddy spoke up. But at the end of the day Wyne went back and signed that deal. Baby ddint force him to he did it willing. In the real world u stay out of other grown folk business. Hell why no one stood up for BG Turk Juvie Manny Wayne back then? No one

I agree Wayne resigned about a decade ago and fucked himself over. Clearly Birdman had screwed other artist over as you mentioned but wayne ignored it. At the same time Birdman is blatantly not paying or allowing music to be released for his #1 asset pre drake blowing up in the last few years past wayne success wise. That's where you would think a few more people would stand up for him than Ross and Trick Daddy.

I think 50 cent was spot on when he said people should stay out of this bc if they make up after all this shit the people who were taking sides are gonna be out there in the wind

Rule Number 1 to why you stay out of ALL personal business right here, folks.

Plus, like someone else said, Wayne had his chance to sign with Jay back in the day or ANYONE for that matter when he finished up 500 Degreez or whatever it was. He could've broke the cycle and chose to go back to get broke. Birdman dangled a label at him, it sounded like boss shit, and he bit. Meanwhile, what label owner you know that don't own the publishing to his own artists? I mean, I feel like the Wayne right now is a bizarro clone and the smart nigga from 97-01 died.

You can't advise artists to get publishing and then sign a deal without publishing. What the extra crispy fuck...

Here is the thing. Wayne got paid even after signing the 2nd deal. I wanted him to go to hov or someone else but he stayed and i put some of the blame on him for that. But birdman years into the deal aka the last few years randomly started treating Wayne like he has treated producers. It's not like Stunna was being shaky with wayne for the first 10 years of Wayne being on Cash Money Records.

As far as personal riff's Birdman has had a public display of not paying people in the last 10 years or so. It started out as personal fuckery between a few artists to the point where now he doesn't pay producers rappers or many people on salary. Birdman's lack of paying niggas is a public issue now.

Nigga you a bigger YMCMB stan than everybody on here, you constantly talking bout these niggas, yet you claim that you're not a fan...

Yall niggas need help man...

But what exactly does Birdman gain from not allowing him to drop music? As a business man this seems like a terrible decision, unless this just out of spite.

False if wayne dies i don't die so clearly @Bcotton5 is the bigger stan. I am a fan of Lil Wayne and have supported Young Money/Bushes Money Records since i was a yougin. I don't like the modern shitty form of lil wayne nor the current direction of the label. That said i think if niggas in the game are tight with wayne they need to stand up more for their brother.
