Two of my all time greats but it's starting to show that they are both kinda over the hill, Magna Carta Holy Grail was the worse put together album I've ever looked forward to coming from Jay... I was highly looking forward to MMLP2 but from what I've heard so far Eminem can barely even stay on beat of a song and is lost lyrically from what I hear so far... I need to check that album more to cast my opinion more heavily but it's apparent both dudes are on their last albums... Whose flow and rap is sounding worse from the two all timers tho?

Why do niggas hate this album? It wasn't bad for a double album. Just take out the songs you don't like, I'm sure you can find at least 10 dope songs on there and call it an album. Niggas can't front on Hovi Baby, The Watcher 2, Meet The Parents, etc.

Eminem ripped that Monster track or is that just me.... I just think Jay has not gave a damn, Eminem is kinda hard to trace right now... I got to really listen to the mmlp2 and give a better opinion on it, I like to let an album sink in for a couple months if I don't want to hear it after 6 weeks it's not all that... I caught on to the Yeezus and saw the direction, Jay came with a copy paste flow, you could tell the project was rushed... I was happy he dropped but don't drop a dud, I had him as my goat mc for a while but I kinda had to look at him for what he is

2. if i said i believe the first half of bad guy is just okay until the second half than im obviously not that impressed by it. so based on that i feel many songs on mchg are better. picasso, heaven, jay-z blue, crown, nickels and dimes, F.U.T.W., pick one nigga

3. if it'll keep you from crying, i do believe MMLP2 is the better album lyrically, although i dont feel MCHG falls completely off the map in that department

And my answer... c'mon now. Both dudes can still spit, but Jay hasn't been the same since BA, and that was over 10 years ago. Even though Em has been dropping lackluster albums til now, he's a lot closer to his prime self than Jay is. He's never really fell off lyrically, it's just that the music doesn't back it up. My only complaint about Em's rhymes is the new corny punchline shit (I liked that "full potential" line, btw... it was funny to me and it fit in the song).
