Been with his day 1 broad with no big scandals. Is known in many hoods as a solid dude and could probably come through any hood in his region with no problems. Revolutionized getting independent money back when others signed to labels. Has his own brand of liquor. 20+ years in the game and still gets love from the youngsters in the region and older crowd.

40 got a huge fan base down here (South FL) .. Dude is a symbol of independence and longevity. He's transcended and has a few classics under his belt.

To me comparing the 2 is like comparing a guy who went to college and got a high visibility good paying position at a world renown company to a guy who skipped college, started his own company and got rich in his region creating generation wealth.

Personally I rather be a boss of a good company controlling the money flow than the best worker in a great company getting paid by the company.
