As far as being a CEO is concerned Dame Dash signed and put Kanye West on, Dame Dash signed and put Beanie Sigel on, Dame signed Camron to Rocafella too

As a CEO Jay Z hasn't signed, discovered or put on a Rapper that went on to be succesful and sell Platinum

Look at the Rappers Jay Z signed J Cole, Uncle Murda, True Life, Memphis Bleek non have been succesful either haven't put an Album out or sold pretty low
