What about Jay kicking his man off the photo shoot? how about Jay being jealous of DMX and messing him around with an album release even tho X was a bigger selling artist than Jay?

50 never chop a nigga down at the knees that didn't ask for it to happen in some kinda way..he just chop harder than the initial issue, so the reaction seem worst than the action

I'd say that's Dre and or Jay

Dem niggaz known to take credit and tell the person who deserves the credit to take the L if they want to do business later on

Then if or when that person ain't wit that..they've black balled by them

But he had no issue with fat Joe or Jada

50 had just went hard body at Jrule and everyone was waitin for Ja's response

His first commercial record in retaliation was im from NY.

In which Kiss spit-word that niggaz wanna merk u is in the air

In which Joe spit-everybody talkin how the AK spit, but we did some investigation and they ain't spray shit

In which Ja spit-take off them silly chains and put back on ya wire..ima on fiiiiyah ( this after banks first commercial success "on fire"

Shots or not by Kiss and Joe..direct shots by Ja

With 50's energy he's puttin out as the bad guy, the bully

You can not let that slide as ..oh they wasn't talking bout me, only Ja

The average fan ain't smart enough to make that conclusion

And kiss and joe can't act like they ain't know that

So they asked for it, indirectly

You do know Ja released "Clap Back" long before I'm From NY right?

He said Ja's first commercial record retaliating to 50 was I'm From Ny and it wasn't...it was "Clap Back" off the Blood In My Eye album he dropped right after Pain Is Love.

I got love for Jay, but 'D.O.A.' and 'The Story of OJ' were both blatant shots at popular black culture/music at the time. I didn't like that T-Pain had to suffer due to D.O.A. I know he's trying to have a mature message, viewpoint, but he should be able to recognize that he's got a powerful impact that may have negative circumstances for other trying to get money. T-Pain aint been the same since...

DOA was literally about everybody EXCEPT T-Pain.

He said "You T-Paining too much." The person that should've been happy about that song was the guy whose style was being run into the ground by every rapper and singer looking for a hit single.

If everybody started copying Michael Jackson, and I said "stop copying Michael Jackson ", that's not telling Michael Jackson to stop being himself. That's telling everyone else to stop being him.

I don't know why after all these years, that's still so hard to understand.

Yeah, I've heard the song. It was understood that was his point. But the bigger message was the death of the same exact thing that T-Pain was popular for, it's called Collateral Damage. He got caught in the crossfire.

Autotune was wack and hurting the quality of the music. I'm glad Jay crushed that wack shit. It's no different then when Redman and other quality artists went at Hammer and Vanilla Ice. So you saying Hip Hop should not have a standard cause some lame Autotune rapper/singer need to get money?

Thats your opinion. Truth is, T-Pain specifically, was on of the most sought artist at that time. What makes Jay the authority? Remember 'What you eat don't make me shit...'?

When Jay took over as Pres. Of Def Jam in 2004

DMX - 16 million records sold

Nelly numbers are higher… facts!

He has two clothing lines, Vokal and Apple Bottoms. He has been referred to by Peter Shapiro as "one of the biggest stars of the new millennium", and the RIAA ranks Nelly as the fourth best-selling rap artist in American music history, with 21 million albums sold in the United States.

Jay shouldn't even be in this discussion,

he helped way too many "black" people become millionaires..

He'll never be considered a crab in my book..

Damn maybe Dre was as gangta as he portrayed himself in SOC. Since, according to you internet niggas, Dre been jacking beats for like 30 years now and ain't NOBODY came to collect their money.

Nigga every single one of those videos proves my point. Not one of those videos they claim they got their money. Shit the last Daz video is titled "Dre was getting the publishing" aka Dre was getting checks, not me.

And that Big Hutch shit ain't got nothing to do w/ Dre. Dre ain't listed as EP on that album and didn't produce any tracks on that album.

See this is where you need to listen and peep game on the industry. Truth Hurts is one of Dre's artists and Hutch said he was contracted to develop Eve by Aftermath if you know anything about the history of Aftermath even post Eminem Interscope liked to develop artists under that label even if they were not released under it. Dre initially did not have the faith needed to put Eve's album out under Aftermath and gave her to Rough Ryder much like he did with the Game to GUnit. They flipped the Big Hutch Track which would have still been a Hit with Truth Hurts and put Faith on it to cut them both out of the production. While Truth Hurts Vocals were not used and she is assed out Big Hutch made the beat which they only altered and he wrote the hook which they continued to use... They out of court settled by the way a while ago..

You typed all this that still makes my point. You still haven't shown nothing where DRE was the one that didn't give that Big Hutch nigga his credit or jacked his beat. RR and Swizz fucked that nigga over.

Dre Contracted him to do the song it was recorded originally for Aftermath Dre gave it to someone else Dre is Liable simple shit...
