But out of the list posted, i gotta go with Drake. I must admit Im not an avid Drake fan or supporter, however this guy make good music (great flow, good content, great ear when it comes to production, and most important he has LYRICS).
Most if not all people will disagree with my claims simply because Drake doesnt personify the cliche trap rapper or gangster rapper, leading to the argument that he isnt real hip hop and that he is pop and blah blah blah. But Drake future looks bright and he will remain one the staples in hip hop.

ptowndonte;2939716 said:Nobody on this list personifies trap/gangsta rap though. Drake is just corny and his music is soft as hell
NoHateNoFear;2939762 said:what dat gotta do with the MUSIC... i can care less if he a lame, gump, pussy, or whatever. the guy makes solid records. i guess people are so entrenched in negative black stereotypes, when a black person promotes and encourages positivity hes labeled as a lame or gump LBVS, its time for a change bro.
beerisgood4ya;2939803 said:ok, when did drake become the new Dalai Lama mixed with a lil Gandhi as though he displays all this positivity into the world we live??? Me listening to drake is equal to me listening to bow wow, drake a corn muffin B.....
NoHateNoFear;2939864 said:bruh u must made the inference that i was saying dat Drake was going to change the world with his music... dats not what i was implying... im saying its time to change the energy of these records. Black people are the only race of people who PROUDLY promote and encourage ignorance and negativity. So when we see someone doing something positive we label them as soft and lame. LBVS dat shit gotta stop.
