Reversed game on em..
wait..
so a bunch of muthafuckas tore down a statue and the cops only chose to arrest and prosecute the one black person in the crowd??!
lmmfao
and niggas wonder why i say we need to sit this one out!!? smmfh
I might be wrong but I don't think that's what happened. I think the chick either got caught or turned herself in. As an act of solidarity all those people showed up to say they did it. I think the point is that it's harder to convict a person of a crime if a bunch of other people are claiming to have done it too. It's also a form of protest.
still the same thing tho..
i mean its cool they came to her aid..
but im talkin about the fact she was singled out..
out of all those people shw was the one that "got caught"?? or was she the only one they went after??
Yeah, that seems crazy. I had to look it up.

It seems that she got arrested first because she held a press conference and confessed to doing it. Others were with her at the conference, but she was the only one that admitted guilt. The cops are planning to use the video to identify the people with her and try to charge them too.
What will most likely happen is they'll hit her with some lesser charges. Hopefully. I mean she did the crime, so it's unlikely she'll walk, but it will be good if she can at least drop one or both of those felonies.
