And Norv has been on the hot seat too... there was rumors of both being fired just last year... but I'll go with Norv... cuz Coughlin got a ring with the Giants not to long ago... the other teams are completely irrelevant to even matter

My vote goes to kubiak. it seems as if every year is suppose to be the "breakout year" for the texans. but it only ends turning into a "breakdown" year. calling yourself a "potential playoff contending team" doesnt mean u show promise in the beginning and then self destruct the later half of the season. which is the same sad song the texans have been singing every season. so yet once again i guess this will be the year things turn around. if not, my guess is kubiak is done.
