shacking up defenitely, because even if you are divorced someone can always say "well at least she was married" like there is a different sort of respect level.

but I would not want to shack up with someone, because why would I waste my years playing house, giving the best of me to someone, and maybe have his kids, when he can't even respect me enough to marry me. thats not going down...
