Don't get to listen to much hip hop anymore - transitioning into building my own videography business.

Stumbled across this record though, and I really like it!

Two - three years old now - anyone heard it before?

Had to share an oldie today! Found out recently that actor Scott Caan (Entourage, Hawaii Five-0) and Alchemist were the Whooliganz in 93:

What are we defining as indie and underground?

Jay Elect is technically signed to a major indie being w/ the Roc

Plus there are 2 undergrounds.1. just means unsigned artists who still make radio/mainstream/commercial music.

The other is what I consider underground,Off center music, that's more experimental, political,or philosophical.

At one point gangster/street music was underground, but became a norm and went mainstream.

Anyway I'm on that Earl Sweatshirt, Action Bronson(who is signed, but makes underground type music),Joey badass, and of course me.

While kendrick is major,he makes underground type music too IMO and Cole.90's era influenced rappers are pretty much making underground music w/ major platforms.

Underground is the latter, off center music. The type that doesn't get censored or touched.

Anyone remember Humanreck? I know he was from NJ and cool with the Redman camp because Erick Sermon, Rockwilder along with Redman produced on the album with a feature from Keith Murray. Slept on classic I never hear anyone talk about.

Humanreck feat. V.O.C. - Revolution
