I been going through this with the old faithful for some time now and once I reached a point of frustration... I just went the "all or nothing" route and decided to be forward & direct with her. All off the cuff, I held back no real thought's, opinions, disgust's, etc etc...

But once I got to the part where I was gonna present the ultimatum, I lightened up a bit though the alternatives were conveyed. Improvements (or attempts at it) have been made and I only ask for the bare minimum.

Most people have fragile egos. Anyone in a healthy place in life feels that they are the most interesting and significant person in the room even though they might not voice it.

You are going to throw that out and come down off your cloud for someone you really care about though.

And for different people it takes different measures for them to realize how much they care, which is why stepping might be necessary.

Different set of circumstances. You being slick at the mouth doesn't or shouldn't make him want to fuck you any less.

Him no longer being physically attracted to you on the other hand would have that affect.

That said, withholding sex sounds like some shit a female would do to punish her man. I've never heard of guys doing some shit like that because they are unhappy with their wives. Wouldn't it just be easier to suggest a healthier lifestyle to her. Start going to the gym together and eating better. That should solve at least part of the problem, and it would make you closer in other ways too.
