"Through the Wire"

or

"Diamonds"- Like Kanye's music in general, it describes opulence and wealth and is very honest in describing the insecurities that motivate him to stunt harder than anyone else.

No fuckin way is it Jesus walks. If you were to ask for the song that put Ye where he is today, then prolly JW. But I'd honestly have to go with the Diamonds remix or Can't Tell Me Nothing.

Jesus Walks is probably his most groundbreaking song IMO. He changed radio with that hit.

To white America/pop fans, it's probably "Stronger" or "Love Lockdown"

What's up with y'all's reading comprehension? How is "Jesus Walks" a career defining song when he rarely talks about religion in his music?

Break-through song =/= Career defining song

This right here. Niggas don't care though. They just made up their own thread premise and ran with it.
