He was the King is his own right and inspired damn near every rapper after him. Wayne is not on the level of LL.

Wayne is like this generation's JayZ. He follows trends, he's forced on the fans, but at the same time dude has talent and he's great at marketing himself. No one is going to say Wayne is wack, the same way they won't say Jay is wack, but at the same time they don't compare to the tier 1 emcees that they're rated on par with.
