Another question though cause I dont feel like makin another thread for it, If God was a female, or male for this matter. The bible says many times that we were created in his image, so in this case what image are females created in? Or what image are men created in?

God was never a man in a sense other than that of Jesus Christ

The verse is saying, at least in my interpretation, that God was not a man "that he should lie" (commit sin) or son of man "that he should repent" (born with sin)...

The latter part seems to be referring to the iniquities of man that God does not have

I never took the 'in his image' thing to mean we have like same genitals and all, face, mouth etc.. I was under the impression that it was merely that we can see, the Almighty can see what is going on etc but as a similie is it???? probably way wrong lol Personally I've always thought the Almighty there is nothing like the Almighty, never seen, not yet and it is impossible for the human mind to imagine Him.

U do realize that aside from breasts and a vagina (both of which are necessary for birth and raising a child) men and women have essentially the same physiology

Lol You could be right, I was taught in church that we were made in the image of god meaning we resembled what he looked like a far as shape and form. This is why, so I was told, evolution is not possible as we do not look like monkeys now so therfore God wasnt a monkey, if he was we'd still look like them. Although im basically agnostic and searching all religions what I was taught throughout my childhood is still imprinted on my brain, so must of the stuff I say, was taught to me through church and my pastors so. Thats why I take the bible as god literal word all the time because that is what was taught to me.

If the whole bible thing is right though, God when he gave the real 10 commandments and said he should be made into no image would be correct considering no one would ever know what he looks like, this could have possibly deaded the whole race stuff associated with he and Jesus' images.
