Not to get off topic, but ive said this before plenty offline, and online. The reality is that there are more young brothas out here than we want to admit, that just dont want to work period. This notion that they just cant work because no jobs, or because of white supremacy is less the case more than they just dont want to. In my opinion, from my own personal experience. If you pick that bad habit up early in your teens of not working, it will be hard to shake it off later, which can cause a lot of issues for yourself.
I dont know what causes it either. My older brother was like that most of his teens and 20s. Wasnt a thug. No one instilled this thinking into him. No matter how many times i hooked him up with a job, hed always be late, or high, and eventually quit. If anything he was a wannabe Tupac living in the burbs, with less struggles than myself.
