evidence whether circumstantial or not such as zimmerman following trayvon can be used in the court of law ...and in imo and in the opinion of the first lead investigator of the case there's enough evidence to lead one to believe zimmerman is not to be believed

my beef and what some people have lost sight of is how could they genuinely say they didn't have enough evidence to charge zimmerman when they had probable cause to arrest him... and sanford pd wasn't and wouldn't be able to talk to all the witnesses, test for DNA, complete ballistic test, etc...really the cheif of police and state prosecutor played judge and jury that night with nothing but zimmerman's word and a couple of witnesses who said they seen trayvon on top of zimmerman

also i know it was dark, but based on the physical layout somebody dropped couple pages back, it would have been nearly impossible for him to lose sight of trayvon is such a short amount of time

than zimmerman told dispatchers the person he spotted was coming toward him, and then, seconds later, he said the person was had turned around to run...why?

and if zimmerman is to be believed, trayvon pinned zimmerman down w/ his knees, slamming his head into the concrete walkway, how did trayvon end up lying face down with HIS feet on the sidewalk and his face in the grass? wouldn’t trayvon’s body have wound up with his face toward the sidewalk and his feet in the grass?... even if, after the gunshot, trayvon fell on top of Zimmerman and the larger man pushed him off, why didn’t the body land face up, beside zimmerman, rather than a 180 degree turn from the sidewalk and flipped over?

^^This shows how he may have lost sight of Treyvon.

One witness said he saw two people rolling around, plus Treyvon may have moved after being shot; so his body could've ended up facing any number of directions.

Ok then explain why it can't be used against him. The reason he was told to not follow him was because the police would be there to investigate. If he had turned back around and went home this thread wouldn't exist.

If he stopped following him how did Zimmerman manage to shoot Trayvon? When reports said he chased down the kid?
