The logic behind it is as follows: Woman is the receiver, she is more susceptible to disease and as the carrier of the egg which uses man's seed to become fertilized she should only bear the fruit which she is ready to receive.
I personally view men and women in no different light when it comes to sexuality and the expression of it. A man who is promiscuous is no different than a woman who carries herself in the same manner.
However, I am well aware of the existing double standard and have absolutely no issue with it. Usually, more often times than not, it is those females who wish to, as society refers to it, "act like men" that are enraged by it, they simply do not want to be labeled as a "hoe" for something guys do yet receive props for. They want equal rights but that's simply not how our society works.
Accept it and continue to live the life you choose, regardless of what others think but do not act brand new each time this topic arises. To make matters even more ironic, many pick and choose the double standards that are ok and suitable for them. The hypocrisy within that alone is humorous.
Yes, you as a promiscuous female will be judged, deal with it. Why are you doing something you are ashamed of in the first place? Either be firm in your beliefs and your movements or step back and evaluate why you have such a problem with something that is just the way of the world. Instead of crying rivers over the unfairness behind it, change your ways, change your perception and pass this awareness onto your offspring so that they don't learn the hard way.
Put them onto "game" so they can choose the path they want to take. Be honest and make them conscious of self, life and people. Otherwise lying to them will send them out into the cold world with a skewed perception and it will be that much harder for them to find their way.
Once our youths are out there, we cannot control what they think and do but we can certainly start them off on the right foot by teaching them what we had to learn through life experiences on our own terms.

I was just pointing out the fact that a lot of females don't wanna hear what Marley's saying, but they won't say anything to refute it because they know what she's saying is true.....and, if they do try to refute it...they're just exposing themselves as the type of female that she was referring to.

Double standards may have some relevancy but overall males do have considerable amount of influence over women since we control culture and beliefs. I believe we underestimate our power over the culture.

My thing is this, how is it that empress understands the science? Because she approached it with an understanding of society perception, the differences between men and woman; the roles they play in this world. If she gets it, you can't tell me that other females can't. Instead we have jaded opinions based on "me too" theories. But that is the difference between girls and queens. The ability to comprehend the actual truth and see it for what it is.

I'm not absolving no one of their responsibilities, but men continue to do it so they are equally responsible as well. There can't hoes if there is no men willing to have sex with them and most men like to go with hoes and let's not act like most are marrying the good girls cause they'll leave them high and dry ask @empress_

Riddle me this, if men get a pass for being manwhores but how can they be without women being hoes? If men really don't like hoes, they wouldn't mess with them at all. Do you think prostitution would be big business without women and the need for food and the lack of jobs for women to carry? Nope, so again men need to have sex with everything without responsibility is still a part on men and yes women are responsible as well, but men get absolved way too easily.

So a woman should base her actions on how well the opposite sex receives her way of life? One should live according to how they will be perceived by others?

Yet, most people are conditioned to follow a culture and share a thought process that doesn't question society or the cultural ways. I'm not even condoning sheepism, I just know how people are and how they regulate through actions, thought = action. Feelings is a cognitive function that makes quick decisions based on the emotion the person attached to item, ideology, person, and etc. So society is based on feeling and little to do with logic that's why double standards exist.
Logic says that if both people are considered equal they must adhere to the same punishment, but according to feelings it doesn't have to be that way, women are equal but separate. You see what I'm saying?

You get it! Men create their world to protect themselves and if women just use this power to hold manwhores accountable we will probably see less. So both are working together and yet shitting on each other. Makes no damn sense.
