Lol my fault nigga!
I mean its the evolution of the game. Its why you can't compare the passing yardage of Bart Starr to that of Brett Favre. Money isn't the only thing affected by inflation.
5 yrs ago, you were an elite qb if you came through and dropped 300-400 yards. Now qb's do that while losing to butt ass squads.
On top of that, when y'all bring up statistics, y'all don't realize that in order to say one person has better stats than the other, they have to statistically significant. In other words, if I pass for 3200 yards and you pass for 3400 yards, you can't make a definitive statement stating you are better than me. 200 yards in the scope of a 16 game season is not statistical significant. You have to look at the body of work.
From both sides of the argument, all y'all are doing is pulling out the stats that favor your argument instead of looking at the complete body of work. Pick a QB to compare Vick to. Then break down every single year they've been in the league. Break down every single game. It gives the thread so much more credibility.
I would start by comparing Michael Vick to Jay Cutler and Phillip Rivers (you'll see why once you start analyzing it).
